A trusted digital ID for millions of citizens
France needed a secure, government-certified way for citizens to prove their identity online — for everything from taxes to healthcare, to public and private services.
La Poste, through its digital branch Docaposte, took on the mission to create L’Identité Numérique, a trusted and simple alternative to multiple logins and passwords.
La solution allows users to access hundreds of services securely, using one verified identity, while meeting EU eIDAS standards for the highest level of digital trust.
Product & Design Manager (2019–2025) within the Pollux / Docaposte UX team
Joined the project in 2017 as Product Designer, later led design teams and design system delivery.
Oversaw UX/UI for both the public website and the mobile app (iOS/Android).
Managed design evolution through multiple phases: MVP → product → La Poste subsidiary → certified identity provider.
Drove the refonte (visual rebrand and design system update) in 2020, ensuring consistency across platforms.
